6.PETS. Pets are not allowed.

10.LIABILITY. The hotel is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or health-related issues that may occur during the guest’s stay. The hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond its control.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA. The hotel may collect and process guest information as per its privacy policy. Credit card and personal data are stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
