OUR RESTAURANT & BAR
Our main restaurant has a “live kitchen” where you can see, participate and be in contact with our chefs and cooks. We believe that introducing you to our customs, our cuisine and our culture is at the heart of an authentic and unique experience.
From breakfast with our homemade pastries to meals, everything is served in our beautifully decorated indoor restaurant and on our large veranda with baobab trees (and their birds) overlooking Lake Manyara (where you can sometimes see a family of hippos far!).
POOL BAR
Tanzanians like barbecue. We invite you to enjoy nyama choma or mboga choma, delicious food straight from the charcoal grill. With an international local menu, you can also enjoy the natural beauty of our ingredients (see the different hanging bananas?) and flavors at the pool bar.
You can also cook with us and try new flavors. We’re sure you’ll love it! Yes, of course, all accompanied by natural juices, smoothies or a lively and delicious cocktail.
